Day 1 El Calafate Airport – El Calafate

We welcome you at El Calafate Airport then we transfer to the hotel for the check in. The rest of the day is at leisure to visit the city on our own.

Day 2 Perito Moreno Glacier with Safari Náutico

We dedicate this day to one of the World’s Natural Wonder: the Moreno glacier. This ice field- type glacier flows down from the Patagonian Icefield, a big sheet of ice that with its 22.000 square kilometers is the third largest glacier area in the world, after Antarctica (14 M sq km) and Greenland (1 M sq km). Because unusual favorable local conditions, this glacier is the only one in the world that shows a closure and rupture process. The road leads to the very front of the glacier, which will be only meters away from your eyes. The roar of the chunks of ice falling inside the glacier or from the glacier into the lake, the frequent collapse of the front seracs into the turquoise water, makes out of this day a very special and unique experience. Then we will take a boat trip to see incredible views of the south face of Perito Moreno glacier. Then we go back to our hotel.

Day 3 El Calafate

After breakfast the rest of the morning is at leisure to do any of the optional excursions or to visit the city on our own.

Day 4 El Calafate – Puerto Natales 

After breakfast we transfer to the bus terminal to take our bus to Puerto Natales in Chile. Upon arrival we transfer to the hotel. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.

Day 5 Full Day Torres del Paine

Early morning, we will leave Puerto Natales to travel to Torres Del Paine (90 minutes approximately) through a spectacular road that cross the Patagonia steppe.

We will enter to this world famous National Park, that was declared Humanity Heritage by the UNESCO, and we will begin to go round this amazing area, taking all the photos that we want. We will admire the panoramic views of this Park, such as the Nordenskjöld Lake, The Salto Grande and the “Cuernos del Paine” (“Paine ́s horns”). Finally, we will visit the Grey Lake viewpoint and we will return to Puerto Natales by dawn.

Day 6 Balmaseda & Serrano

After breakfast we go to the port of Puerto Natales where we start our navigation through the Ultima Esperanza fjord, watching beautiful mountains, ice cascades and a great variety of Patagonian birds, until we reach the Balmaseda and the Serrano glacier. This area of the Bernardo O Higgins National Park is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating regions of southern Chile. We return to Puerto Natales at around 5:30 pm, giving us the time to rest and enjoy the night of this charming place.

Day 7 Puerto Natales – Punta Arenas – Ushuaia  

We leave early in the Morning Puerto Natales to take our bus to our next destination: Ushuaia.

Day 8 Beagle Channel Boat Trip

After breakfast we walk to the touristic pier and get on board to our boat trip in the legendary Beagle Channel. We visit Alicia Island where we will watch a colony of Sea Lions, the Island of Birds where we can see Cormorants and the Light House Les Eclaireurs built by 1919. We get back to the port while we watch the Darwin range to the West and the Andes above Ushuaia. The afternoon is at leisure.

Day 9 Tierra del Fuego National Park

Free morning at leisure to visit the city on our own. In the afternoon we continue to Tierra del Fuego National Park. This National Park is in the south west corner of the argentinean side of the Island, thus in the border with Chile. The main attraction of the Park and the whole Island actually are the mountains coming down to the sea.

Day 10 Ushuaia – Ushuaia Airport

Morning at your own to visit the town, which is located in the north coast of the Beagle channel. The town features interesting museums and its typical architecture. In the afternoon we are transferred to Ushuaia airport to take our flight to Buenos Aires. Our services end at the airport.
